Parker Bridwell(1-0) and Jeremy Hellickson(0-1) treated the Cincinnati fans to
a fine pitching duel at Great American Park. The Cincinnati Reds eventually
emerged as victors over the Milwaukee Brewers by the score of 3 to
0.
Cincinnati went ahead for good in the 3rd inning plating one baserunner. That
was all Bridwell needed. Cincinnati finished with just 5 hits in the
victory.
Bridwell got relief help from Cody Allen who gained credit for his 2nd save.
